Hello ladies and gentleman, here is the National Selection for ESCT 29 from the slovakian country, Eurosong 6: Back For More! This evening, we have 6 different artists battling it out to go to Malaga or Barcelona to represent this wondefull country! Wanna know who they are? And what they will be singing! The time has come, an here they are
First off we have a Eurosong veteran! She represented Slovakia in Second Chances for the 26th country and got 9th place, but now, this girl is ready to pass on to the main stage. Is this her time? I don't know, but its certainly time to listen to Dominika Mirgová with "Toto Som Ja"
Now this girl is a veteran for the real ESCT! With her power vocals yet commercial music, she made Slovakia rise to the top and looks to achieve that yet again. A fan favorite, Lina Mayer presents herself once again with her newest single, "Don't Leave Me Now"
Another known name to Eurosong, this women looks to inject ESCT 29 with some EDM type of thing. With her electronic sound for this wonderful song, she takes a new approach to her style and to her Eurosong run. Give it up to Dara Rolins with "Dúha"
Next we have a guy that made his mark not too long ago in Eurosong! With his modern pop music, he made the stage and the people at home bop to his song and now, he seeks revenge. Will the only male of this years selection be the one to do it? A strong applause for Andrew May with "Pretty Lies"
Now next we have a veteran that was joined by a newbie, that is her sibling. This duet is sure to make an impact on Eurosong, and who knows the Europe? A consagrated artist takes on this beautiful song with her sister to show the family love and, of course, their talent and desire to show off in front of Europe. Our dear Celeste Buckingham and her sister Carmel Buckingham, with "Gone"
And to close the show we have a group! This group made history in ESCT when they broke a non qualification streak by the neighbor country Czech Republic, but now, they seek to make their roots proud because we, slovakians, are always thinking about them. It is Peter Bic Project, with "All Those Places"
And now that every talented artist has presented themselves, it is: time to vote! The voting system is simple, give 12 points to the song you the most and so on trough 10 points, 8 points, 6 points, 4 points and, last but not least, even tho its a pretty short ammount, the 2 points that will be awarded to your least favorite song.
